Secure Your Wedding Date
Please review the service agreement below. A signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date.
Wedding Service Agreement
Service Coverage
Mrs. B Photobooth will provide mirror booth services for the agreed date and time listed on your invoice. The Signature Wedding Package includes four (4) hours of coverage unless otherwise specified.
Booth operation is guaranteed for a minimum of 90% of the scheduled service period. Temporary pauses for maintenance or technical adjustments may occur if necessary.
Retainer & Payment Terms
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Full payment at booking is welcomed and secures your date immediately.
Payments are not subject to change once this agreement is signed.
Outdoor Events & Placement
Indoor placement is recommended to ensure optimal performance and guest experience.
Outdoor events are permitted only when the booth is positioned under adequate overhead coverage and on stable, level ground. Direct sunlight, fully open-air placement, sand, dirt, and uneven terrain are not suitable for mirror booth operation.
Approved outdoor installations require a flat $250 Outdoor Setup Fee due to environmental risk, additional insurance requirements, and specialized handling.
Outdoor placement must be disclosed in advance and approved prior to the event date. If the event location or setup differs from what was disclosed and approved, or if proper coverage and ground conditions are not provided, Provider reserves the right to refuse setup. In such cases, the event will be considered a cancellation by Client and all payments will be forfeited.
Additional Time
The Signature Wedding Package includes four (4) hours of coverage.
If additional time is requested during the event, it may be added at $125 per hour, subject to availability. Payment for extended coverage is required before the additional hour begins.
Cancellations
A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. The retainer is fully refundable within 24 hours of signing this agreement.
After the initial 24-hour period, the retainer becomes non-refundable, as your date has been reserved exclusively.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit the retainer only.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as full payment is due at that time and the date has been exclusively held.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be approved in writing.
Guest Count & Supply Preparation
Client acknowledges that estimated guest count directly impacts print volume and supply preparation.
Client agrees to review and confirm the estimated guest count no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Events exceeding 200 guests must be disclosed at or before the 30-day confirmation. Failure to disclose attendance exceeding 200 guests may result in limited print availability and/or additional supply fees assessed accordingly.
Provider does not guarantee unlimited printing for events where attendance significantly exceeds the disclosed estimate.
Damage to Equipment
Client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of Provider’s equipment occurring during the contracted service period that is caused by Client, event guests, venue staff, or third parties.
This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage, misuse, environmental exposure, or negligence.
Client agrees to reimburse Provider for the full cost of repair or replacement, including loss of business resulting from equipment downtime if applicable.
Weather & Safety
Provider will not operate equipment in unsafe or unsuitable conditions, including but not limited to rain, excessive moisture, extreme heat, high wind, unstable surfaces, or hazardous environments.
If safe operating conditions are not present at the scheduled setup time, Provider reserves the right to delay setup or refuse service.
If service is refused due to unsafe conditions or undisclosed environmental factors, the event shall be treated as a cancellation by Client and all payments shall be forfeited.
Attendant Meal Provision
For events lasting four (4) hours or more, a vendor meal for booth attendants is required.
If Client is unable to provide a vendor meal, Client must notify Provider in writing prior to the event. In such cases, attendants will take a brief offsite break of up to 30 minutes, and Client acknowledges the booth may be temporarily unattended during that time.
Guests and venue staff are not permitted to handle or adjust equipment under any circumstances during this period or anytime during the event..
Limitation of Liability
Provider’s maximum liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client.
Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, emotional distress, or missed opportunities.
In the event of total equipment failure or inability to perform services, Client’s sole remedy shall be a refund of payments received.
Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.
No verbal agreements or representations shall be binding unless included in this written agreement.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Space, Access & Power Requirements
Client is responsible for providing adequate space and access for setup, including a minimum 10’ x 12’ area for full installations, unless otherwise specified.
Client must provide a dedicated 110V, 3-prong power outlet within reasonable proximity to the booth location.
Failure to provide adequate space or power may result in delayed setup or refusal of service.
Venue Coordination
Client is responsible for coordinating booth placement with venue staff and/or event planners. Provider is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, last-minute layout changes, or lack of access at the scheduled setup time.
Force Majeure
Provider shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, power outages, or venue-related disruptions.
In such cases, payments may be applied toward a rescheduled date subject to availability.
