Mrs. B Photobooth offers a thoughtfully designed mirror booth experience tailored to the type of event you’re hosting.

Weddings and private celebrations follow a four-hour Signature Experience, curated to complement your celebration from cocktail hour through the final send-off.

Corporate events are designed to align with program flow and guest engagement, with extended coverage available when needed.

School and nonprofit events are intentionally simplified while maintaining the same elevated mirror booth standard.

+ How does booking and payment work?

Securing your date is simple and intentional.

Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive a service agreement outlining the details of your event. A 50% retainer is required at signing to officially reserve your date.

Following confirmation, we’ll schedule a design consultation to review your event details, aesthetic direction, and personalization elements to ensure the booth experience reflects your celebration seamlessly.

Approximately 30 days prior to your event, we’ll reconnect to finalize timeline details and confirm any updates before the remaining balance becomes due.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without a signed agreement and retainer.

+ Do you accommodate to out door events?

Indoor placement is always recommended to ensure optimal performance and guest experience.

Outdoor weddings and events are welcome when the booth is positioned under adequate overhead coverage and on stable, level ground. Direct sunlight and fully open-air placement are not suitable for operation.

Outdoor installations include a flat $250 Outdoor Setup Fee due to environmental risk, additional insurance requirements, and specialized handling.

I’m happy to review your layout in advance to ensure a seamless setup.

+ What are the space and power requirements?

The mirror booth requires approximately 10’ x 12’ of level space to allow for the booth, backdrop, and guest flow.

A dedicated standard 110V outlet must be available within 25 feet of the setup location. Extension cords should not cross high-traffic walkways.

For optimal performance, indoor placement is always recommended.

+ Do my guests have to pay to use the booth?

No. The mirror booth experience is fully hosted by the event host and is unlimited for the duration of your reserved time.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the booth as often as they’d like.

+ Do you share event photos publicly?

Select images may be shared for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

If you prefer your event images remain private, simply let us know prior to your event and we will gladly honor your request.

+ Can we extend time during the event?

Yes — additional coverage may be added based on availability during your event.

Extended time is billed at $125 per hour for celebrations and $150 per hour for corporate events.

Requests for added time are accommodated when scheduling and venue logistics allow.
