+ What Package is right for my event?

All packages are customizable! To start building your package, decide the number of hours you would like the photo booth rental. To ensure every guest enjoys the booth, we recommend having the booth running the entire time of your event. Packages start with a minimum of 3 hours; this is our most popular package. Our best valued package is our 4 hour running time, Platnium package. Additional hours are available as an add-on. Next decide what is important to your event. All packages can add on any item. Packages are not available for events greater than 200 guests, because we want to give a "bulk" discount and ensure the best price is available to you. Any package can "add-on" an extra hour at $125 per hour. Our packages are priced to give you the best value. Still want to customize a package specific to your needs? Contact us.

+ Do I have to pay for everything up front?

No, however due to the popularity of our booth setup, we require a deposit of 50% of your total package price upon signing contract. The remaining balance is due 30 full days in advance of client’s event.

We now offer monthly payment plans. $200 down day of signing. Payments will then be split up between the remaining months until your event. Payment plans can be initiated for $25. Intrest free.

+ Will I have enough room for the booth rental at my event?

We ask that you allot 10foot x 10foot minimum area for the booth. Packages without props or a backdrop could get away with a 8footx8foot area.

+ Can I reschedule?

We would hate for you to cancel your special day. However, in the unfortunate circumstance of a cancellation, if notified 30 days prior to scheduled event; we will try our very best to reschedule to another day. If we are not able to reschedule deposit is forfeited.

+ Discounts

We love giving back! Each month we run a special discount for booking. *Find this months discount located on our main page. As a local military family, we always offer a 5% discount to active, guard or retired military members, spouses included. ID required at time of booking.

+ Do my guests have to pay to use the booth?

Never. We do not charge guests anything at your event. Everything is bundled together in the packages.

+ Do you post photos on social media?

Social Media is a huge part of our business. With the permission of the host, we would love to use your events photos on our web page and social media platforms for advertising purposes.

+ Do you accommodate to out door events?

We do not prefer to do outdoor events because of the uncertainty of the weather and how it effects our equipment. However, please contact us and we will see if we can work with you to accommodate the outdoor event. Each outdoor event will be held at the discretion of the owner. Extra equipment insurance may also apply.

We do not do any events on a beach or in sand. Events in the lawn or grass without direct access to a sidewalk, may also be charged an additional fee including a tent rental of $150.

+ What do I need to provide for the booth to run?

We ask that a (3 prong/110V/10amp) out let is available.Normally this is a standard outlet.

+ What payment methods are accepted?

We gladly accept cash, paypal, venmo, zelle, and check are currently accepted. 1/1/2024 we no longer accept credit cards.

+ What do your props look like?

This is a great question! If you’re paying for them, you want to know what they look like. We are known for our wide array of props. With over 150+ we aim to please. Our basic add-on props include: multiple feathered boas, clown ties, pirates hook & eyepatch, LOTS of glasses including oversized glasses, Hawaiian straw hat, princess crowns in gold and silver, star wars character masks & light sabers, array of Mardi Gras masks, sombreros, fortnight mask, rabbit ears, trolls headpiece, minions headpiece, light-up ukulele, maracas, unicorn headband, Cow horns head piece, Minnie & Mickey ears. We also use some paper props that are on a dowel. These props are funny faces, princess crowns, fake beards & mustaches, cat whiskers, puppy dog ears, pineapple eyes. This does not cover everything that we have; but gives you an idea of what will be provided. And our collection continues to grow. If you have a special request, let us know!
